How We Work
Advice in Writing
Advice built on published research, delivered in writing, and reviewed on a fixed cadence.
Our Philosophy
Advice, Not Management
Growth Capital advises. We do not hold assets, execute transactions, or run mandates. Every recommendation is delivered in writing, with its reasoning and its sources, so that you and your other advisers can test it before you act.
Our team came from the institutional side of investment banking. What we kept is the discipline: primary sources, written analysis, and a review cadence. What we left behind is the product.
Written
Every recommendation arrives as a document with its reasoning and sources, not as a conversation you have to reconstruct.
Advisory Only
We advise. You decide, and you execute through the banks, custodians, and counsel you choose.
Research-Led
Our published work, the weekly roundup and the insights library, is the same analysis our advice rests on.

How an Engagement Runs
Five Steps, All in Writing
Every engagement follows the same sequence, so you always know what comes next.
Interview
A conversation about your situation, your jurisdictions, and what you need decided. We say at the end whether we can help.
Brief
One written brief that states the question, the constraints, and the advisers already involved.
Analysis
Primary-source work across the disciplines the brief touches, coordinated so the tax, legal, and residency answers agree with each other.
Written Recommendation
A document you can act on, share with counsel, and hold us to.
Review Cadence
Recommendations are revisited on a fixed schedule and whenever a regime changes.
Independence
We Advise. You Decide.
Growth Capital holds no client assets and executes nothing on a client’s behalf. Custody stays with your bank. Transactions are yours to approve. Our role ends at the recommendation, and that is deliberate: advice you can act on elsewhere is advice you can test.
No custody
Your assets stay where you hold them.
No execution
Every transaction is yours to approve.
No mandates
We advise on a brief, not on a portfolio.
