What are the minimum thresholds to engage Growth Capital?

We work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with investable assets of USD 1 million or more. For certain advisory services — including tax relocation and corporate structuring — there is no minimum asset threshold.

What does the onboarding process involve?

Engagement begins with a confidential, no-obligation consultation to understand your objectives and circumstances. Following this, we conduct a comprehensive assessment and present a tailored advisory proposal. The formal onboarding process — including compliance, documentation, and account setup — typically completes within two to four weeks.

Which jurisdictions do you operate in?

Our advisory team operates across 12 jurisdictions, with primary presence in the UAE, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe. We coordinate with specialist local counsel in each jurisdiction to ensure compliance and execution quality.

How is your fee structure designed?

Our fees are structured to align our interests with those of our clients. Depending on the engagement, we work on a retainer basis, a percentage of assets under advisory, or a project fee for discrete mandates such as tax relocation or corporate structuring. Fee structures are discussed transparently during the initial consultation.
